Roy Williams - "I'm very pleased about the outcome. We did some good things. We had talked about how we had to match their enthusiasm, their excitement, and I think we did that. We are more gifted than they are. I'm not trying to put them down. I love their enthusiasm, and I truly did love watching their game against Texas Southern (in the SWAC tournament, when PVAMU was a 7 seed). But we had more weapons, and I was really pleased with the way our kids focused on playing the game, instead of listening to everybody else trying to make determinations about how hard they were going to play. We just went out and tried to play our best. We were able to keep a lot of guys' minutes down.

"I'm very concerned about T.J., because his foot is hurting. That's the reason I didn't play him in the second half. We need to get Billy healthy, and Raef. Seven stitches about his eye (at halftime). He was hit by Paul, so that's not a good situation, when you're hit by your own player. But we've also got to get T.J. to where he's feeling better, because we need him as we go along."
