Season summary

"We tried to mix up the defenses to see if we could bother them. We tried a lot of things. I think when you are playing against coach Durham's teams, you have to. We did work on zone this week, but practice time wasn't as good as I hoped because of exams.

"We like to think one of our strengths is we play a lot of people. We got great performances from a lot of kids: Jacque, Steve Woodberry, Richard Scott, Scot Pollard, Calvin. A lot of kids played well.

"In the second half, they (Georgia) were the aggressors at the start. They were down by two. At that point I talked to our kids about executing and playing with poise. They made their run. I thought we played well the next five or six minutes.

"Our biggest problem is if they weren't committing a turnover, they were hitting a three. But we were able to keep our poise, do some nice things, and come away with a win."
