"We played great. The first half we started out so good, then we hit a lull. You can expect that. Then they started playing better. And I probably made a mistake. I probably should have played Keith with two (fouls), but I thought if we can just get to halftime with a ten-point lead we’ll be in great shape. Unfortunately, we didn’t do that. But the second half we came out and didn’t play great the first three or four minutes, but after that we kicked it in and really played well. A lot of good things happened today, and we needed them to happen.

"Mike Lee was terrific today, and it didn’t have anything to do with him making shots. I thought his energy was great, I thought he played great defense, I thought he was really focused in. And when you worry about those things and not worry about shooting, then you shoot it better. Aaron had a solid floor game. That’s a tough little guy to guard for their team. He’s really quick.

"David’s getting x-rayed right now (ankle), and hopefully is a sprain and not a break. But sometimes sprains can be severe, so we’re hopeful. David didn’t get a chance to play today. He got two touch fouls early, and never got a chance to play.

"Everybody played well. Jeff (Graves) came in and did well. This wasn’t JR’s game, so to speak. He tweaked his ankle. But veterans stepped up and played.

"Jeff (Graves) is naturally a good passer. All our guys will tell you that. Sometimes he takes too many chances. He has five assists, and I think he should have about three assists and two more buckets because sometimes he defers to other guys when he’s got the ball in tight. But he did well. And Keith and Wayne were terrific.

"We got out and we ran decent. We did a lot of good things. We had turnovers that led to baskets, which was the poor thing we did. But I told the guys, one possession that will stick out in this game – there’s 3:36 left, we’re up 19, and there’s a loose ball with 14 seconds left on the shot clock, and three guys dive for it. I like that. And that’s what this team’s got to do.

"We emphasize running every possession. We’re not playing slower. Sometimes you’ve got to play your strength. If we’re running a fever, we want to shoot it really early. But we’re not going to shoot it early unless we give Wayne a chance to touch. We’ve been running it better all year, but the problem has been on the road and in second halves we haven’t gotten stops to give us a chance to run as much. People are taking two and three guys and getting back. But today we were able to get some steals and deflections that led to easy baskets."
