"The ‘want to,’ it appeared to me, was more in their corner. The sharpness was more in their corner. You have to congratulate them. All the stuff about beating people three times in one year, I think you can do that if you play those three days. You just have to play those games one day at a time. We didn’t play as well today. It wasn’t because we’d beaten them two times before or anything like that. They played better than we did today.

"We’ve got to get focused a little bit better and realize you can’t just sashay out there. For 15 years we’ve made our living on playing very aggressively and giving complete effort and playing together, and today we had a lot of little breakdowns. We’re very disappointed. We’re going to be disappointed. I’m gonna be pissed off. If that language bothers you, I apologize. My wife doesn’t like for me to say that, but I can say a heck of a lot worse. We’ve got to go back and get some shots up, relax a little bit, rest our bodies a little bit. Kirk’s beat to death, and Aaron dislocated his finger during the course of the game. So we’ve got some problems, and we’ve got to rest a little bit and get ready.”
