"The best thing about this game is that it’s over, because we absolutely played miserably. I thought we’d be nervous, but I didn’t think we’d play like this. We were bad. We had 27 turnovers, and a lot of that was early against the pressure when we were nervous. But a lot of it was just not being able to pass and catch. Obviously, we were bad on the glass. First shot defense was decent, but bad on the glass. We missed a lot of easy shots. We just kept breaking down. We were not a very good team. Arizona certainly deserved to beat us because they were quicker to balls and played in their comfort zone much better than we did. We had it at 41-41 and hadn’t played a lick, then just made silly mistake after silly mistake down the stretch.

"We’re better than what we played today, but we’ve got a long ways to go. We need to regroup and come out and play better tomorrow.

"A lot of (foul count disparity) was very, very silly play. Officiating had nothing to do with the outcome of this game. What had more to do with it was our guys reaching and grabbing and playing very silly, putting ourselves in position to foul a lot. We’ve worked on that and talked about that a ton, but obviously we didn’t get it done tonight.

"This was disappointing tonight, but hopefully we’ll look like a better team tomorrow."
