On Saturday June 13, 2026 I emailed Dave that I am stepping down as moderator for the Rock Chalk Board now that the summer 2026 is here. I thanked him for having the RCB and keeping it going for everyone since the 1990s, noting It has brought me hundreds if not thousands of hours of pleasure.
Since I do not anticipate being here in the future, I will bid all you fine folk hasta la vista as well!
It has been a 30 year long ride on the Rock Chalk Board for me, and I have enjoyed sharing it with you more than I can possibly convey with mere words. I have made quite a few friends here over the years, some online only, others in the real world as well, and you have been just great to know!
