Don't get me wrong, but I don't see him as the best player in the portal, he had some great games but he hardly took over games when the team needed him. I just don't see the 5 million.
I am probably the outlier because I would gladly give him the $5M to get him back. He took a big jump last year and he's going to take an even bigger one next year, imho. I was concerned in the last few games how he played but after watching "Made For March" and how Bill fawned all over DP I can now understand it. So far we only have Kohl coming back and I do appreciate him staying but I'm not seeing a whole lot out there that Bill can build into a championship team .I hate the way NIL is currently set up and hopefully someone will change it into something more viable for the players and the fans.
