UConNN has replaced Puke on the most disliked team in my books. Never thought I’d say that, but sheesh. God must be a UCONN fan because KU has never had a run like this.

Thank God that Michigan won...I couldn't stand the thought of UCONN/Hurley winning another one.

NIL and the portal have ruined college sports.
I live in the Northeast and have many friends who are UCONN fans. One thing I hear consistently is apologist statements about Hurley. There's definitely a love/hate relationship with the fan base. They love the wins and excitement around the program, but generally think that Hurley is a psycho.
I think he has actual, real, no kidding mental issues. The ref headbutt thing isn't just inappropriate from a coach/ref standpoint, but it's just plain weird for any two humans to do unless it's some kind of "thing" between two people who know each other well.
Even in a big spontaneous group celebration after a win, you'd expect high fives, hugs, fist bumps, and maybe even some chest bumps between athletes, but what kind of psycho presses his forehead into yours?
No psychologist here, but Mr. Hurley seems to have some kind of issue with impulse control and a general understanding of limits of appropriate behavior.

Whatever it may be, just glad the fanbase got to taste a little suffering. 6/7 is still ridiculous.
