it's the start of the Second Season of KANSAS MEN'S BASKETBALL for AY2025-26!
Maybe it's the sunshine, maybe it's the thoroughly satisfying STOMPING of the kitties on Saturday, maybe it's Mrs HE getting around great in week 6 of her total knee replacement recovery, I DON'T KNOW...

Here' s hoping our Beloved Beaker Boyz pick up where they left off when they take the court in the T-Mobile Center on
Thursday 8:30PM (bloody CDT!!! grrr...) on ESPN2!
(I don't care what the linked KUAthletics.com article "Kansas No.3 Seed for Upcoming Big 12 Tournament" reads, I went to my indisputable source - my DIrecTV Channel Guide - to set up the recording and it has the game on ESPN2 described as "Big XII Men's Basketball Tournament: TBA v KANSAS "
TBA will be the winner of TCU v the winner of CU v OKSt.
I'm rather hoping to see Tad Boyle's Buffs make some noise and win their games until they reach KANSAS.
Of course, reality will step in as it always does and decide what will happen despite all my wishin' and hopin'
