Big XII projection, Round 14

Tech losing Toppin to a torn ACL dealt a blow to both its conference and postseason aspirations, making it
somewhat easier for Kansas to earn a double-bye in the Big XII tournament.  Tech still needs to travel to
Ames and Provo, though BYU similarly lost Saunders to a torn ACL.

All eight games in Round 15 are on Saturday.  The two conference leaders face off in Houston, guaranteeing
one of them a third loss.  Probably best for Houston to win that game, as we should have an easier time
handing Houston its third loss than we would handing Arizona its third loss, given that the former game is
in Allen Field House, while the latter game is in McKale Center.  Of course, Arizona still has to face
Iowa State, but in Tucson.  Would be good to have the tie-breaker over Houston.  With Arizona and Iowa State,
the worst we can do is split.
