There is still hope, KU fans!
KU could still win at least a share of the title, although it is now more likely the Jayhawks end up one of the Top 4 seeds in the B12T - assuming they bounce back from the Ames game! Top 4 is key because the Top 4 seeds get the byes for both the 1st and 2nd rounds and won't play each other unless they make the semifinals. Seeds 5-8 only get byes for Round 1.
2025-26 Men's Basketball Standings through games of 2026-02-14Utah plays at Cincinnati on Sunday.
Looking at the remaining regular season games, ASSUMING the guys bounce back from the Ames game, I think they have a real good shot at winning 5 of 6.
A sweep would be monumental, and not impossible (witness Tech beating AZ in Tucson today), and give us a shot at a share of the regular season title, most likely with UH.
I know, I know, but there are two games before UH in AFH and 3 before @UA for both Darryn and Tre to fully recover and for the guys to figure out playing with Darryn.
