Wow, didn't see that coming. TCU went on a 12-0 run at the end, and won by 7.

Does this signify a weakness with ISU that KU can exploit? Maybe. Does this mean that ISU will be extra focused on winning this game? Also maybe.

In the meantime, we currently have sole possession of 2nd place, only 1 game out behind AZ and Houston. Beating ISU will cement that for the time being.
NIL and the portal have ruined college sports.

errata: sole possession of 3rd place.
As you noted, UA & UH are tied for 1st, so no one is counted as 2nd.

(WARNING! OLD MAN POSTING! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!)

Of course, with the way folks want to count things these days, maybe that treatment has changed as well.

No matter how you count it, KU has the 3rd best Big 12 conference record today.

Correct. My error. I was just psyched to see that ISU lost and that we have the second best record in the league. ;)

Arguably true, as the top two records are 10-1 (currently owned by TWO teams, UA and UH) and 9-2 (KU).
