This team stinks can’t play a lick of defense, it’s a minor miracle they are not 0-3 in the B12. Giving up 85 points to a pedestrian WVU team, come on WTF. Time to seriously look at the program, this is year 3 or utter mediocrity while no name brands like Iowa St, Tech, are thriving. What the hell is wrong?

The whole is not greater than the sum of its parts . . . :(
Looks like I'll have a LOT more free time since the Chiefs and my beloved Jayhawks can't " get it done".

Maybe we get an eight seed?

Could not agree more. This is not fun to watch. In all my years of watching Kansas basketball I don't recall sitting down like I have the last two and a half years now wondering are they going to actually win this game? This is ridiculous, it truly is and honestly it seems to me that ever since Self had heart issues he's just not been the same and the team hasn't either. Could be a coincidence and more related to the changing landscape of college basketball but either way as much as I love the guy and what he's done for the program I honestly am starting to wonder if he should just retire. Especially after him saying he won't even be here in a few years.

Add in the fact how college basketball is today and everybody moving around from team to team and you don't get to watch players develop or very rarely, I'm really losing interest. It's sad.

I think one of HCBS strengths has always been developing a player, Whether it be Frank Mason, Devonte Graham, Marcus Morris etc. All of them took more than a year to develop. The current landscape makes that harder to find. I think the current landscape doesn't really suit HCBS's biggest strengths. Hopefully this team can put it together and become better than just the individual players.
