Admin note - RCB emailing list & contact info

Tonight I sent out a test email message of my RCB mailing list (which will always be sent BCC - "blind carbon copy" - to protect your privacy) using the email addresses you have provided me.

If you are a recipient, please reply to that email at the address it contains (not the one below) to verify your receipt and the accuracy of my information.
