I volunteer at a food pantry supplied by Just Food and others here in River City, also known as LFK. The two of us working there yesterday had a special moment when one of our clients came in to pick up food for her family. She was beaming. She was proudly wearing a KU polo shirt and told us that in two weeks she would be getting her fist paycheck from the KU athletic department. She had just started a job, with benefits, in the athletic department and was so well treated as a new employee including a nice welcome package. Goff appears to be running a department that values its employees from high paid coaches to the person who works in the mailroom. Rock Chalk.
