It's halftime, and they're only up by 3 over Florida, but that's b/c one of Florida's role players has gotten hot and is keeping them in the game.
Houston has held Florida's star player, Walter Clayton Jr, to ZERO points.
You can really see why they dominated the Big 12.

Yeah...was a bummer to see how it played out.
Florida smothered Houston at the 3-point line on the last position when UH was down by two.
IMHO, Houston started their action too late on the last possession. (They started with 17 seconds left) and didn't take any opportunities to drive and try to tie the game.

Houston did not make a clutch play in the last minutes of the game which is uncharacteristic of them. The painful thing is they did not get a shot off in their last 3 possessions, and I agree that they started their action too late, no drive for possible foul or + 1. Also Sharp has to shoot it, to give them a shot a the rebound. He also could at least lean into Clayton and get a possible foul call.
