Paid way too much money for tickets tonight but that was before the slide started. I was telling folks the game could likely be a blowout... but no telling by whom.

If they play half as well as they did Saturday this could be a fun one to watch. Or be it could be another stinker.

I had a negative encounter with Tad Boyle in college (my fault...a buddy and I pranked his girlfriend before we realized she was his girlfriend) but was have been a fan ever since. And of course Danny Manning is one of his assistants...

Glad you got to see a win. They played well enough to get it done, and the hot early start was pivotal. Hunter was an absolute beast offensively, and basically our only rebounder to boot. KJ also had a nice offensive game, but 0 rebounds. Zeke continued his pattern of really bad road games. Griffen missed shots, but thankfully hit a lot of free throws. Storr? Yikes. He misses point-blank bunnies like no one I’ve ever seen.

Hope they keep the momentum at home against Texas Tech. Then it’s on the road for a quick turnaround at Houston. I certainly like our chances better now (than last week) to at least be competitive in that one.

AJ confuses the heck out of me. He gets to the rim as well as anyone, yet fails to finish way more than anyone.

That's my last game until the NCAA tourney...I leave for Tanzania on Friday, get back day before Selection Sunday.

The hardest one to catch is the rhino. Did you know that each rhino on the Serengeti has their own keeper. Just look for Defender vehicles. The other four are plentiful. I really enjoyed seeing cheetahs, and many of the birds. Each vehicle on the Serengeti has radio contact so they are always talking to each other. The elephant herds, especially with babies, are amazing cultural happenings.

Back. I'll post more later but in short...a Tanzanian Safari is not to be missed. Granted, we got lucky...within 30 minutes of our first day drive we witnessed a lioness stalk and kill a wildebeest. Next day we saw a leopard chilling in a tree, and shortly later a couple of cheetahs chilling under a tree. Got a great photo of a magnificent male lion, and a ton of Giraffe, Zebra, Elephant and of course wildebeest (the tour was timed to capture the wildebeest migration). Even saw black Rhinos in the Ngorongoro crater.

Magnificent!
