Not for KU, but AZ just got its decision. No post season bans, no sanctions against the head coach, accepted all university self imposed sanctions as sufficient.
I recall that AZ was the most egregious of those caught up in the FBI process, so it bodes well that KU knew what was coming, self imposed sanctions this year, and should expect the same result at AZ just received.
I’m far from a dick Vitale fan, but he ranted that the IARP is a joke, and if it takes more than two years to reach a decision, all charges should be dropped against the school. I agree with him on that for sure.
