I figured this week would bring some sort of conclusion to the Mickelson mystery. He couldn't continue to sit without Self or Mickelson himself saying SOMETHING about it. I was waiting for Mickelson to pull a Greene and blow up.
I'm no conspiracy theorist, but now we hear that he has the dreaded "high ankle sprain" which could be a week or two of treatment. Seems an oddly convenient way to say Mickelson is done playing for a while without having to address directly why he has been essentially banned from the court.
