The teams are on Maui and ready to rumble!

All times are CST

1:30 PM ESPN2 Georgia v Dayton
4:00 PM ESPN2 Virginia Tech v Michigan St

In the FWIW category:

Repeats of games 1 and 2 will be on ESPNU at 11:00 PM and 12:30 AM Tuesday morning.
(Quick scan of my DirecTV guide yielded no repeat showing for KU).

8:30 PM ESPN2 Hall of Fame Classic Stanford v Oklahoma

NIT SEASON TIP-OFF
Yale beat W. Michigan 73-51 in one semifinal in Orlando as I was writing this.

1:00 PM ESPNU Seattle v Killer Bees Bucknell Bisons in the other semifinal.

In the "what to look for" department, Self commented that playing 3 games in 3 days is tough no matter who you are. He's hoping that they guys come out from the opening tip and set Chaminade back on their heels so that he can play as many bench guys as possible and keep our core players as fresh as possible.

Conversely, it's best for us if all of the rest of the games are very close for the full 40 minutes (and overtime would be even better).

Dayton 80 Georgia 61

And now

Virginia Tech 71 MSU 66

Let’s just say I was looking forward to KU v MSU, but I hope it doesn’t happen now!
