Bayhawk, What about Vern Miller jumping out of the trunk of cars...was a regular occurrence in Lawrence when I was there...I worked security in the fieldhouse for concerts in those days...they rolled out a canvas on the dirt floor and wanted to keep it from burning...but that really didn't stop passing the toke...
