In the past few days KU has offered Canadian 4* PG Karim Mane and unranked 3* C Gethro Muscadin.
Rivals has yet to rank Mane, I assume because he is Canadian and they aren't ready to rank him against other 4* players they have gotten to see a lot of so far.
I assume that Muscadin is unranked because as a 3* he presently just isn't high up enough on their list to crack the Rivals 150.
Below I have listed them along with another Rivals 4* that is also unranked, but should be on KU's radar because he is a KCMO HS product.
I'm searching around for more info on Wilson in particular, given he is a US HS kid rated 4* who is not ranked.
Maybe the * rating is a data glitch and he should be a 3*? He's a 3* on 247Sports, and not * rated at all on ESPN and not in the ESPN 2020 100. His only offers to date are from Wichita State and Tulsa.
Any way, for now, and purely arbitrarily on my part because he is a local kid that I think will get more looks from KU as the year progresses, I have included Wilson on the Recruits list, even though KU has yet to offer and he is not on Shay Wildeboor's JayhawkSlant 2020 Hot Board.
Musings as we approach the start of another KU Football season, with higher hopes but more jaded expectations than I have had in years past.

Have learned that Wilson is apparently no longer involved with basketball. No other details, but enough conjecture to indicate that his future plans don’t seem to include basketball.
Rivals’ Eric Bossi did write that he thinks the rating is a glitch that needs to be corrected in the Rivals database.
BOSSI : I believe Wilson has been out of school for some time. Somebody must have accidentally changed his star working on a profile or it never got taken off when he was removed from national rankings over a year ago.
Not a viable prospect for Kansas, or any other D1 program at this point.
