Self and the staff are making the recruiting news these days with all the offers going out to recruits (HS juniors this fall) who would join KU for the AY20
21-22 season.
As detailed in the
pinned AY2019-20 Recruiting thread,
by my count as of today KU has offers out to 37 uncommitted seniors for the AY20
19-20 season (aka 2020 recruiting due to signing to join KU starting with the Summer 2020 term).
Also by my count KU has 15 offers out to recruits who will be juniors in HS this fall. Lots of groundwork being done far in advance. Here's a listing pulled from
Rivals 2021 recruiting database

All the offer action for 2021 has had some folks on other sites asking "What about Bob?... I mean 2020?"
Obviously they haven't been checking out the RCB's AY2019-20 Recruiting thread.
Seriously, Self & Co are off to a strong start for both 2020 and 2021 recruiting. Here's to enough of those offers becoming quality commitments to keep KU strong for the future!
How long until Late Night?
