Good memory! KU expressed interest, but got none in return. I don’t see KU being interested now.
Three years of D1 play under his belt playing with the big boys has revealed him to be another recruiting rating failure by the recruiting services.
Last season with USC, his 4th year in D1 after sitting out his transfer year, he shot under 40% from the field, under 30% from 3 and just 66% from the line. In just under 28 MPG he averaged a respectable 4.3 APG against 2.0 TO, but had just over 1 steal and less than 2 rebounds per game.
A likely “thanks, but no”, especially when taking a local/regional 3-4 year WIP would yield more for the program in the long run.
Please post if you see others that are not on the pinned thread’s “who’s next?”
