“With kindest regards to Dr. Forrest C. Allen, the father of basketball coaching, from the father of the game.”

Win today. Survive and advance. I'm VERY leery of Auburn, so I'll pull for both a KU win and an Auburn loss. But let's take them one game at a time.
Go Hawks!

"When I was a freshman, I remember Coach Naismith telling us how important it was to play good defense." - Mitch Lightfoot
After watching Auburn, I'm less worried. You never know how they'll bounce back, but they were choking at a seldom-seen level of class-A choke-a-palooza-ness.
Not that we're not capable of total awfulness, but boy howdy did Bruce Pearl age in the past hour. Get him some fluids right away.

Yeah, that finish was crazy. And if the Aggie guard just goes for the open layup at the end, or they hit 2 of 3 free throws, it could have been a very different outcome. I noticed that the Auburn players were also jawing and imploding on each other as the fling got rough.
Let’s hope we get there, and then take care of business. I think they’ll give us their very best shot. And let’s not forget, they just destroyed Tennessee this past weekend.
