"Travel is fatal to prejudice, bigotry and narrow-mindedness, and many of our people need it sorely on these accounts. Broad, wholesome, charitable views of men and things cannot be acquired by vegetating in one little corner of the earth all one's lifetime." - Mark Twain "Innocents Abroad"
The only gripe I have is putting KU, tarred ones and squid — the top 3 all time winning teams — in the same region. Only one of them can advance to the FF.
Looking at KU, I can see us making it to the S16, where we would almost certainly play the tarred ones. And if we were fortunate enough to beat them, we would most likely face Kensucky... or Kelvin Sampson’s Houston Cougars, who are tough, tough, tough.
If this team makes it to the Final Four, it will be a major miracle.
If this team won the NC, the canonization process to elevate Bill Self to sainthood would begin immediately after so many miracles in plain view of so many people.

At one point I seem to recall Joe Lunardi having us a 4 seed playing Northeastern, with Auburn the #5 seed in our bracket. The guy is pretty good. I don't remember if he had us in the Midwest, but you always got to like that. I think that was before our loss to Iowa State, so you got to feel good about where we landed to start the tournament.
For some reason, Kentucky always seems to get in a loaded bracket. Not that I mind, but I never am excited to play them until the Final Four.
Based on this team, I'll be very happy if we can just make it out of the first weekend. Then, whoever we play, it doesn't really matter.
