Why is is bothering me that Adidas Reps were convicted of federal crimes and will go to prison for a few months, and Silvio (who ostensibly didn’t know his online tuition was paid for by Adidas money) SITS FOR 2 Seasons?

Seems Silvio had the double misfortune of following so many of these unresolved cases and being the case where the school finally admitted something ( for purposes of determining 2018-19 eligibility)

The clowns in Indy have a bit of authority and a lot of suspicions. I am not surprised they went full Cartman on this poor kid over $2500.

With all of the stuff coming up in April and the new dirt on LSU, not to mention a ton of other stuff that is out there, I am hoping ... against all hope, that the folks in Indy will see how small Silvio's matter is in comparison and lighten the sentence. It will be interesting to see how other schools and players are treated in accordance to what has been handed down to this point.

Indeed will be interesting. Also of note is LSU's reaction to their coach (suspended Wade) vs Arizona's reaction (full backing of Miller). May not be apples to apples, but seem to recall that what came out about Miller sounded fairly damning.
Time will tell.
