Thank you Cyclones!

YES!

Fran said Wade went out with a foot injury. No doubt that impacted them today and could do so moving forward.

No question - KSU is not the same team with Dean Wade on the bench.

Like Bay I also had the ISU@KSU game going on another screen.

ISU led from 12:23 in the first half, going up as much as 10 in the 30 or so minutes before Wade went out with an injury about halfway through the 2nd half. They kept KSU at bay the whole time with Wade in, and after he went down KSU pulled within 1 57-56 at 7:05 to go. But Lindell Wigginton promptly canned 2 treys and ISU reopened their lead late and never looked back.

With their history of pulling out games this year, it is no doubt KSU missed Wade late, but those are the breaks, yes?

Not wishing anything bad on any player, but not crying any tears for another team getting bad breaks with injuries either.

Two years ago (as I recall) WVU was leading the conference, only to see that lead evaporate and KU ended up on top again.

It's hard to be the hunted. KSt showed that today.

Tough for Wade. How nice it would be to be getting ready for Dean Wade's senior speech at AFH.

I cannot vouch for the accuracy of it, but everything I have read -- everything -- indicates KU was never in the running for him. He always wanted to be a Wildcat.

Good observation but they still clearly aren't the same without Wade. It sounds like he'll also miss Monday's game in Morgantown. Go Mountaineers!
