Good idea. Nothing good to say

IMHO right now we rely too heavily on Marcus on the offensive end. He is stiff figuring it out. He is not a player that the offensive side of the ball comes easy to him. He is still young and will get better.

We got into Lexington , play a decent half and get out of town. Lose by a basket more than the line. Play some D, stink on offense. Grimes makes a couple shots.

Beat the Horns and then the Raiders and this doesn't mean much.

The game really didn't mean anything. Our resume is just fine (wins vs. Tennesee and Michigan State) so losing AT Rupp is hardly going to kill our eventual tournament seed.

I hoped (and still hope) that it was a good practice and hope that the loss will ignite a little fire in the guys. We could use it.

As for over-reliance on Lawson, that's absolutely true, but who is going to step up give us another option. Vick did nothing for 38 minutes and only seemed to wake up to pad his line with desperation shots with a minute to go.

At this point, I don't think Vick helps us at all. He made two 3's at the end (1:18 and 1:02 left) and missed another one with 55 seconds left. Prior to those 3 shots he was 2-7 overall, and 0-3 from 3. As a guy who's supposed to be a big part of our offense, that's pretty awful. What's worse: prior to his shot at 1:18 left, he didn't take a single shot since the 8:27 mark IN THE FIRST HALF.

Seriously, the guy is supposed to be our 2nd option behind Dedric and he doesn't take a single shot for 30 minutes?

Maybe we need to tell the NCAA that Vick took the $2500, not Silvio.
