I predicted before the season when there was talk on depth and how to play 10 men that Self would never play 10 men. Self is a 7-8 man rotation coach, always has been, always will be. The top 7 minutes players have played 92% of the minutes. Too bad for KJ. My eye test says he deserves more minutes. But Garrett (as per this plus minus) is somewhat of an x-factor. Little offense but defense and glue. Vick has shown thast even when he is having zero impact on the game, he may be Superman in the next minute so it is hard to pull him. Dotson clearly brings a unique impact on the team and you can;t pull him. Only Grimes could sacrifice many minutes for KJ and Grimes is supposedly a lottery pick so you have to let him play through this slump, right.

I think we need to find a way in the next game or two to let Grimes get some layups. He needs to see the ball go in the hoop during a game. He is way too good of a player to play this poorly. If a team is playing man D maybe he can post up his defender. I am not a coach but I like to play one on the internet.
