Success breeds more success. He's confident, loose, and having fun. That makes him WANT to work harder. It's a snowball effect.

I've been very critical of Vick over the years and am still not a 100% believer. Nevertheless, I hope that HE realizes that hard work and doing what you're supposed to be doing leads to this kind of success. His success only makes us better.
