Big 12 not quite up to snuff this season

The last 3 years the Big 12 has been the top rated conference. We are not there this season, at least not at this point. The ACC has the best winning % and the Big 10 has the highest average rating (DPPI). The Big 12 is in a solid 3rd in both categories. TCU and West Virginia are the biggest culprits. A Texas win against Michigan St. would have been nice yesterday. FWIW, the SEC is down even more this season. I haven't really looked at the schedules but I know Iowa St. has Iowa coming up and Texas Tech plays Duke.

West Virginia lost to Buffalo and Western Kentucky and TCU lost to Lipscomb.
