It took forever for the NCAA to deal with the Preston situation, and there was no FBI investigation or civil lawsuit to deal with. I'm afraid that these developments will add a significant level of complication to the Silvio matter.

My hunch is that either a.) Silvio will miss this year entirely, but things will be resolved in time for NEXT season, or b.) as things drag on, Silvio will begin to seriously consider leaving KU and getting on with his professional career.
