Plus-Minus for the Vermont game

Okay, Vick went berserk and shot 8 for 8 and scored 32 points. So why is he not listed in any of the plus minus categories as leader? That is the nature of the plus minus. It is based on the overall team performance. Oddly, even though Vick scored 32, the Jayhawks defense was considerably worse with Vick on the floor. With Vick in the game the Jayhawks outscored the Catamounts by 0.39 points per minute. But when Vick was on the bench the Jayhawks outscored the Catamounts by 0.43 points per minute. The reason this can be and yet Vick was so clearly effective is that Vick played 33.1 minutes and sat out only 6.9 minutes. Grimes actually gets the nod of the guy who had the biggest differential from being in the game to not in the game. The Jayhawks outscored Vermont by 0.94 points per minute more with Grimes on the floor. The 4 players who were most critical in terms of +/- were Azubuike, Grimes, Dotson and Garrett.
