Also #40. Unless I missed the other two, I only see VA & Gonzaga as #1 seeds (#'s 8 & 9). I don't like or agree with his #50.

Yeah, a lot of teams are going to test Dok this year. Hopefully he's gotten good enough this offseason to belay that behavior.
Given the writer's #50, I'd think that team would be his 3rd #1 seed.
And frankly, who else but KU would be his final #1 seed, given his #47?
JR, I'm sure it comes as no surprise that I agree with you on his #50.
Does this guy excel at burying the lead (his #s 47 and 50) or what?
Geez...

HE - no argument about UK being his third #1 seed (#'s 50 & 11). I see your point about KU being the 4th #1, but not sure winning the Big 12 is that big of a statement for this coming year. He smacks on KSU (#28), UT (#63) a First Four team, TT (#23) a 6 or higher seed. No comments about any other Big 12 team (that I saw), except WVU - #'s 17 & 36. He also has the SEC & ACC as top conferences (#34).
I've never heard of the guy, so let's face it, if things weren't so slow on the bb scene, wouldn't bother commenting.

I read ya, JR, on all points, but I do think the Big XII will be highly competitive next season. It’s just that KU is so stacked this time around that everyone expects the Jayhawks to run away with the conference title. But IMO the Big XII is going to surprise, even with KU projected to be head of the pack.
And like you, I’ve never heard of the writer. All this is therefore nothing but a little sumthin to do until the season starts.

Just some raw meat to toss to the rabid college hoops fans a few months into the dark times.
Hack a Dok is interesting. We need to start a preseason poll on Dok's FT%. I'm going to predict right now that he's around 60% for the season.
Vick's return (sounding like a broken record) is going to come down to his attitude. If he has truly straightened up and is flying right, I'm going to be very happy. Unfortunately, he's going to have to continue to prove it EVERY SINGLE DAY between now and the end of March. I really really hope he does, because if he plays the way he CAN and plays the way HCBS DIRECTS HIM TO, he can really help this team.
Other than that, I like it when people predict the squid to win it all. Maybe they can print up some 35-0 t-shirts like they did in 2012-13 when they were picked to win the whole thing, ended up going 21-12, and got bounced out of the first round of the NIT by some crazy bastard named Robert Morris. Please, Kentucky....print up those 35-0 t-shirts again. Please. I'll send you some money. I'm serious. Please.
