I knew Scott had been fired by 247Sports, but his landing at the LJW is rather disappointing. He’s far from the best out there. Wish they had kept Gary Bedore (still doing good work at the otherwise inadequate-at-best KCStar) and assigned him to recruiting coverage instead of hiring Scott. Posters on other boards are also lamenting this hire, wondering who at the LJW is trying to undermine KU coverage?
