Villanova reams us again.

And we still have no proven outside shooter, when this past season we had 3 (4 if you count Vick).

Although not proven maybe Sam Cunliffe can step up and be the outside shot maker. To me he just needs some playing time. Hope he can be our diamond in the rough.

Would love to see your assessment prove true, mp44. My concern is that Sam’s opportunities to date have shown him to not have the hoops iq for playing team ball. His playing time will improve dramatically if he can show he can play team defense and can learn where he is supposed to be on team offense. Sadly he has failed to date to demonstrate he understands either. And with Self, all the individual offensive skill in the world means little sans those other abilities.
