If he doesn't pan out, no biggie. If he can keep his hot hand shooting, he might be a key part of our replacing Svi and DG's 3's.

FWIW, comments I have read about him are that he had his best games last year against Albany’s best non-con opponents (Louisville, Memphis) despite being the focus of the opposition’s defensive pressure as Albany’s only real offensive threat. Sounds pretty promising to me.

I’m actually more concerned that he will choose to go with Nova (where he is visiting tonight) over KU for his final year of eligibility. I think we’d have him if they were not in the picture, but they are, so time will tell.

I’m thinking Nova as well, AZhawk87, especially when you can add “close to home” to the other factors you noted.

Of course I hope we’re wrong.

Another recruiting note today — announcement of a walk-on SG named EJ Elliott. Not much data on him, other than 6-3, 185 (his numbers, not the official 6-4, 186).
