Scot Pollard and Dave Armstrong absolutely took a bit of the sting out of it as the game went on.

They were pulling hard for KU (as they were supposed to be) and trying to stay positive as much they could (considering the circumstances). Listening to Nantz et al would've have made it just that much more depressing.
