Pick up my youngest daughter, coming in from Vancouver at KCI at 2:20pm, Delta Airlines willing and driving to Norman. Should get there about 8-9pm. Hope to miss traffic in OKC. Excited to be going to my first Final 4. I love retirement! Have faculty lottery tickets so we will probably be barely able to see the court. First time in San Antonio for the daughter as well as her first Final 4. She is afoodie and has been reading about places we need to visit.
If any of you are going to be there, message me and we will try getting together. We are staying in San Marcos. Few room available in San Antonio but hoping hotel rooms will open up for Sunday and Monday night. We will win Saturday.
Will try to give you boots on the ground reports from SA.
Excited for the three overseas players that their parents are going to be attending.
I am thinking that Doke is going to be the key to this game. If he can get then ball in deep and draw defenders, it will open up the outside. Watch for KU to go inside early.

Enjoy the game(s)...and the food and leisurely shopping and sightseeing along River Walk too, hoshi...one good access point is through the hotel right across from the Alamo...been a while, but it used to be a Hilton

Hope your trip is going well. Look forward to your reports. Rita's on the Riverwalk is a favorite KU watering hole. There are restaurants all along there.
Alas, I couldn't justify the long trip and pricey tickets where could actually see the game, so will be watching from home.
RCJHKU!
