Duke is a tough match up / HCBS subtly instilling confidence in the guys?

I think Duke does pose a tough match-up for us...especially their bigs. Bagley has speed and quickness to go along with his height. He's kind of like Bamba of Texas, but he has a much stronger offensive game. They also have 6'10" Wendell Carter and 6'10' Marques Bolden off the bench. That will really challenge our bigs. Doke getting into foul trouble would make it rough on us. Obviously we are a lot to handle as well and hopefully our guys are hitting their outside shots...

...which leads me to a comment that stood out to me from HCBS:

“I’m telling our guys to let it fly, because no matter who we’re playing we’re going to have to shoot 30 3s because they’re going to be playing zone,” Self said before Duke defeated Syracuse.

Because in games like this (Elite 8 ) in the past we've played tight, it's often led to us shooting poorly from behind the arc. I was thinking that maybe HCBS made that comment to try to loosen up the guys and have them shooting with a more relaxed mindset.
