One from The Undefeated and two from ESPN

What the current Sweet 16 seeds look like based solely on the NBA careers of their alums.

Scouting report for #1 KU:
The presence of Chamberlain alone — the only NBA player to score 100 points in a game, and the only player to lead the league in scoring, rebounds and assists in a single season — makes this the team to beat. The backcourt with current and future Hall of Famers (White and Pierce) has great balance. Never heard of Lovellette? He’s a three-time NBA champion and a four-time NBA All-Star who was the first to play on teams that won an NCAA title (1952, where he was also the Most Outstanding Player), an Olympic gold medal and an NBA title. Bolstered by a long bench featuring Danny Manning, Drew Gooden, Andrew Wiggins, Kirk Hinrich and Mario Chalmers, the Jayhawks are the overwhelming favorite.

Ranking the Sweet 16 based on uniforms. Like the representation here as well
On KU at #2:
"North Carolina is usually the traditionally attired team that sits at or near the top of these Sweet 16 uni rankings. But with the Tar Heels out of the running, the "simple but classic" nod goes to Kansas, whose distinctive Trajan typeface and perfect balance of red, white, and blue look very good indeed."

This has a 16 team tournament based on current the current talent of NBA players from the Sweet 16 teams
On KU (seeded 11) against #6 Texas (you can vote for these match-ups):
"For a school that has produced so many point guards over the years, Kansas' NBA backcourt is surprisingly light these days. Andrew Wiggins slides to the 2, as he has in Jimmy Butler's absence in Minnesota, which allows Kelly Oubre to get into the starting lineup on the strength of his breakout season in Washington. But the Jayhawks' hopes in this tournament will almost certainly rest on Joel Embiid. Is Kansas ready to trust The Process?"
