“With kindest regards to Dr. Forrest C. Allen, the father of basketball coaching, from the father of the game.”
1936 inscription on the portrait of Dr. Naismith, displayed above Phog Allen's office desk at KU.
If there were a "surging force" I'd pick at the moment to do some serious damage in the Dance, it would be the Wolverines.

Beilein can flat-out coach, and they are on fire right now. The only thing that might hurt them is the long layoff before the tourney.
Don't look now, but they're 3 slots ahead of KU in KenPom now (#9 to our #12), and their adjusted defense ranking is #6 as opposed to our pedestrian #45.
I do not like Michigan (at all), but they are scary.

"In" or "On," it's all good.
That's what happens when you type on a very small phone keyboard.

I posted this 2 1/2 weeks ago, and it's on scary display tonight.
It'll be 12 wins in a row after tonight, and counting...
Dangerous, dangerous team.

"Travel is fatal to prejudice, bigotry and narrow-mindedness, and many of our people need it sorely on these accounts. Broad, wholesome, charitable views of men and things cannot be acquired by vegetating in one little corner of the earth all one's lifetime." - Mark Twain "Innocents Abroad"
Yep. Possible that whatever rust they had from the long layoff was shaken off after the first two NCAAT games. Sure looked like a well oiled machine tonight. FWIW, my bracket has KU beating them in the final.
Fingers crossed!

I like the way you think.
Payback for Trey Burke. And another KU ring!
