“With kindest regards to Dr. Forrest C. Allen, the father of basketball coaching, from the father of the game.”
1936 inscription on the portrait of Dr. Naismith, displayed above Phog Allen's office desk at KU.
Man, this is not looking good...

What a game. The guys really showed some heart. We really played pretty well all game but WVU made shots. Particularly D Miles. He was 6 of 9 from 3 point range. I really liked our effort and control all game long.

I loved it. It seems every game now against Huggy and Co. they lead for 38 minutes or so and the Hawks win! Great effort all night I thought. Hope the crowd is just as into it Monday.
