Christian Moody from what I remember was actually invited by Roy Williams to play basketball for the Jayhawks as a walk on. In his junior year as a walk on he was a starter. He received a scholarship for his senior year only when we had an extra scholarship to give. He was a great team player and played for a short time overseas after graduating. He returned to KU to resume his studies and earned a medical degree in orthopedic surgery in 2013 and is now a chief resident. Just another great story. ROCK CHALK!!!!
