Hoping they beat WVU tonight (game starts at 9:00) giving us at least a 2-game lead over all teams in the Big 12.

Some fans tried to storm the court...and a few succeeded.

KU has to take advantage of this opportunity and leave Norman with a W and a 2 game lead tomorrow night. Would be golden to be 2 up with 10 games left on the schedule. Simply must not fail to capitalize on the chance!

Absolutely must win tomorrow and strengthen our lead. Still some tough games ahead of us. Must build on momentum. Hope Silvio Can get up to speed and give us some good defense as well as some buckets. We need that extra player!!!

Not sure if I'd call it a "must win" as much as it's a "golden opportunity".
We've been dealt a very favorable hand, and a win tonight and 2 game lead on the pack would certainly be a boost.
Looking at the schedule, we've played everyone once except for OU (tonight) and OSU (2/3). I'm going to assume that we win the OSU game (at AFH). Even if we lose tonight, we'd only have 2 losses vs. the field and losing at OU isn't a "bad loss". We've also got 3 road wins (hoping for 4 tonight) that nobody can take away from us (2 more and a decent home record probably gets us there). So as we approach the halfway point in the conference season, we're obviously in about as good of shape position-wise as we could hope.
Nevertheless, when you see WVU lose to TCU or see how KSU has gone from "in trouble" to "in the hunt" in just a few games, it's readily apparent that the laws of averages, which have all gone KU's way, could very well reverse themselves.
From a "take it one game at a time" perspective, tonight is all about taking advantage of opportunity when it presents itself.
