The Big 12 has been extremely well-behaved in terms of performing according to expectations. The average team has been less than 0.5 standard deviations in the first two games. That is kind of crazy. KU played a little better than projected against Texas (3.7 points) and 6.1 points below expectation against Texas Tech.

Don't worry about the mules, just load the wagon!!
