Looks like we went into coast mode with about 12:30 to go. Don't blame them one bit. Great game.

Still fighting the "death cold" so I listened to kuathlectic..leanplayer.com with Kleenex stuffed in my nose and a blanket over my head. (Not a bad way to listen to a game in a weird way. ) The announcers made comment that HCBS kept telling the team to "slow down" in the second half. I'm wondering if HCBS told DG to pass more and shoot less for this game? I don't know, but as you said in your post, "Don't blame them one bit." And ditto "Great game."

We have bronchitis traveling thru our office. Speaking of weird:

I am avoiding bronchitis ONLY because I had a knee replaced (old football injury) 2 weeks ago so I’m safe at home with only MY germs. Doing well. Hobbling around. Been off the “powerful” stuff for some time.

With Bay slowed by Illness and Wheatstate slowed by a knee injury.I am hoping for the team to enjoy a great season despite all the difficulties. I know next Thursday I have a long list of things to be thankful for including getting to watch HCBS and his squad have another exceptional year. I hope for as healthy a holiday season and coming year as can be for all the Rock Chalk family. There are illnesses going around my circle and I am trying to avoid them because I have noticed that every time I get sick I do not feel good.
