I hope the Hawks are ready tonight. SDSU is no team to overlook. They are the preseason favorites in the Summit League and could be a 12-14 seed come tourney time in March. They are a deep experienced team, with a potential All-American in the Mike Daum. They are a mid major, but the type of mid major that can pull an upset if we are not prepared.

I am not predicting an upset, just hoping the Phog will be rocking and the players do not have a let down coming back from the big stage in Chicago.

... and spoil (1) Bill’s becoming the second winnigest coach in KU history and (2) an otherwise excellent week for the program with the win over kenyucky on Tuesday and Quentin Grimes signing with KU the next day.

They wouldn’t dare!:P
Would  ... no, no, no — they wouldn’t dare!B)

I know HCBS said in this game there is good chance the SDSU will have the best player on the court. Hopefully that is not the case and we have a good game.

Definitely no let down. When we shoot well, we literally overwhelm teams. Great to see the team come out in attack mode.

Shoot well and don’t turn the ball over. Darn fine job taking care of the rock this game.

I thought minerscoach's comments about not many teams can put the length of Kentucky on the floor came to light in this game. We looked sloppy at times against Kentucky more because of them than our lack of valuing the ball. That was a great lesson and it really paid off against the Jackrabbits. Devonte is a much better shooter than he has shown so far this season but he is doing all the little things well. Hopefully his shot will be there when we get to conference play. When his shot starts falling we will score a lot of points. I also am enjoying Svi's mid-range game.

Don't know what's up with DG's shooting, but he has been an assist wizard and anybody notice the turnover trend the past three games?

Can't wait to open a big can of whoop-ass on the 'cuse. I've never forgiven them and I haven't been liking "orange" things this past year.
