I don't pretend to understand what is involved in all of this but it seems unusual that it would take so long to clear up this situation. There was nothing illegal or unusual based on the reporting of this incident. You would think it could be cleared up quickly. Hopefully Billy will be on the court on Friday. He needs the PT.
